Some organizational problems can be solved by simple calculations. The Web App Organizational Analysis Tool presents these solutions in a user-friendly form with beautiful visualizations. The tool is a software used to assess various aspects of an organization, including its structure, culture, processes, and performance. The goal is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks to optimize operations and align the organization with its strategic objectives. These tools are widely used in business consulting, management, HR, and strategic planning.

My role in this project: Design Lead, I was responsible for creating the design strategy for the project and overseeing the implementation. I guided the project from the beginning to its successful conclusion, ensuring a seamless and impactful outcome.
